On average, two to four weeks pass between the first viewing and signing the contract. Viewings usually start one or two days after your request. Timing depends on the readiness of documents, the payment method and bank involvement: mortgage or state-programme deals need more time for approvals.

Yes. We run video viewings that cover the entrance, the yard and the documents, send a full photo report and the lawyer's conclusion. The deal can be closed through a power of attorney for a trusted person or remotely via the notary. Many of our clients currently live outside Ukraine.
